The Leg and Arm Warmers

Update on y1999m09d11: OK, here goes. The leg and arm warmers are done! How I did them? Well, the leg warmers are tubes that have an elastic in the top to keep them from falling down. The arm warmers are a bit dirrefent, but also basically just tubes with elastic. But! The arm warmers have been made as some sort of glove. They have been sewn together to form two holes in stead of one in the end where the hand go out. One small hole for the thumb and one large hole for the rest of the fingers. This gives a funny but still very nice illusion of having furry paws but still not looking like a pair of gloves (and it's comfy as well :) ). About the elastic: The fur in the ends have been folded over the elastic, so there is a little fur on the inside as well, but even though it's warm (well, that's the idea with warmers :) ), it still looks more right (you could see the end of the fur if I hadn't done it. Oh, and I used faux fur for it.

Prices for this:

• half a square metre (or so) of black faux fur (109 kr/m): 54,50 DKR

• 1 metre of black elastic (?, but not very much)
