The following is two videos created by groups that at the time of production included me. So far i have not done a production that i've not had help with ;) Productions from Aalborg UniversityVirkelighed download (50.2 MB)This is a more involved production, with both actual script, story and stuff... It was shot over two days using two semi-pro Sony DV cameras (one hand held and one on a stand, the latter operated by yours truly for the most part), and edited over two further days using AVID Express Pro HD 5.1.3, with me at the keyboard, and assisted by the rest of the group for instructions and critique. Starring (in order of appearance)
NotesUnfortunately the movie contains a slight amount of copyrighted material, namely the theme from The Good, The Bad and The Ugly P.S.: As bellow, this was made for a course at a Danish university, by Danes, and thus it is in Danish... i might do subtitles for this at some point, but don't hold your breath ;) Productions from Nordjyllands ErhversakademiPingPingPing!! download (19.2 MB)The first thing i've ever done with Adobe Premiere - the help from my group was sort of mainly their looking over my shoulder ;) They were good at it, though, loads of very helpful comments :) This is a music video style production, some 3 minutes of video. Yes, i know there's 30 seconds of waste at the end, and i know the quality is lacking at best... but this was the first thing i did... plus the raw material we had to work with was sort of dubious ;) The music is Music Non Stop by Kraftwerk The movie clips are from The Good, The Bad and The Ugly Tegnefilm & Computeranimation download (211 MB)The second thing Group 6 did (the same group as above). This is a much more involved production. Where the first one took us all of four hours, this one took us some four or five days of hard work. We had a task that said something like "analyse some part of where computer animation is used, and use the tools you have been presented with over the last months to stage an oral presentation"... Since i had been so clever as to arrange a trip abroad the day it was to be presented, we decided to do our entire presentation as a movie. We ended up doing a 25 minutes long documentary style presentation, fronted by the character Mr. Squirrel, created by Jeannine Thrane. The voice-over was mangled by DJ Topper (Nicolaj), voiced by Steve Tegtmeyer, and the entire thing was then stitched together in Premiere by yours truly. All in all, not bad for less than a week's work, if i do say so myself :) P.S.: As a result of this being made for a Danish education, the movie is in Danish. Sorry guys :) | ||
